ACME suddenly stopped working

We use the vancluever/acme module to issue certificates. It worked for months but suddenly it stopped. The error message is:

│ Error: acme: error: 0 :: POST :: https://api.buypass.com/acme-v02/new-acct :: 

 

I have no clue what caused this error. Anybody else who has an idea?
