Some of the identifiers requested were rejected

Hi,

I attempted to issue a certificate using Certify, and ran into the issue of Some of the identifiers requested were rejected. I did some searching on your forum and realized the CAA wasn't there for your domain. I added the CAA, and it is still being rejected with Some of the identifiers requested were rejected.

However I issued a new cert with another hostname under the same domain and it went through but the initial cert I tried is still failing.
