urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized for HTTP-01

Hi,

We're receiving a urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized error for the domain cfjump.eunorau-ebike.com.

We are trying to use HTTP-01 challenge, and this does work as expected for Let's Encrypt. We are also able to use the HTTP-01 challenge successfully for many other domains, it is only failing for cfjump.eunorau-ebike.com.

The most recent attempt returned the following:

{"type":"urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized","title":"Unauthorized","status":401,"detail":"Client doesn't have a valid authorization for identifier: cfjump.eunorau-ebike.com","instance":"/acme/order/iqu4ooowpSL05qgQgl-FUNToAoSvjVsmnEtbv_8Ayis/finalize"}

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I will have to check our internal dns resolver. It fails to resolve that domain. I cant see any immediate issue.

    David Hayman we're having the exact same issue here 馃槦. We used to enjoy so much working with BuyPass, but the same commands work fine for Let's Encrypt, but the same isn't true for BuyPass.

      Eugenio Silva Please send an email to customer service. We can then check the domains that have issues.
