Be aware that there might occur situations where Buypass must revoke your certificate on short notice. The deadline for revoking is defined by requirements we are obliged to follow and will be within 24 hours or 5 days after the situation occurred, depending on the severity of the situation. Such situations can occur because of changes in the requirements or security incidents e.g compromise of keys or algorithms. Buypass will contact you immediately in such situations and enquire you to order a new certificate. This is important to ensure that you receive and start using the new certificate before revocation, to avoid services being disrupted.
