SSL ACME certificate not recognize on app mobile

When trying to access an API with an SSL ACME certificate via a mobile application, the cell phone does not recognize the website/API certificate.

    Is the problem related to one spesific phone model or different models an OS?
    Can you check if Buypass root certificates are installed on the phone?
